Julphar Pharmaceutical Plant -  An Industrial Project - Pinnacle created the modeling of the Julphar Pharmaceutical Plant – an industrial project which is a public shareholding pharmaceutical company in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The plant produces and distributes pharmaceutical products across 5 continents and extends over an area of 471,610 sq. ft. The purpose of undertaking the 3d modeling is to construct the processing facility and the building with basement, ground floor and fast floor. Pinnacle deployed a team of 20 Engineers for executing the 3D Modeling  for architectural and structural trades as well as for MEP design development and MEP construction.  Pinnacle also produced tender drawings, construction drawings and quantity take off from the 3D model as per client's requirement.

Al Maabar – A Mixed Use Project – Furthermore, Pinnacle undertook the modeling of Al Maabar - amixed use multi-purpose building project in Amman, Jordan, UAE, which is owned by Al Maabar Abdoun Real Estate Development Company. The Residences at St. Regis Amman are the landmark attractions in the affluent Abdoun district of the city. The St. Regis Amman features 270 luxuriously appointed guest rooms, including 91 suites, four restaurants, a café, destination bar, pool and pool bar, fitness centre and spa.
