Pinnacle InfoTech Offered Through BIM Service at TCS Kochi Project


TCS Kochi was one such project that required utmost dedication and effort when it comes to delivering 3D modeling service. 
Pinnacle executed the 3D modeling of TCS Info Park, one of the largest development centers in Kochi, Kerala, India. TCS Info Park was designed to offer office spaces solutions as per different requirements. The campus was planned to be constructed in two divisions, one is the Special Economic Zones of 75 Acre and the non-SEZ facility. The campus includes many other amenities like banking counters, shopping arcades, and ATM. 

Pinnacle’s value addition
Pinnacle has worked on multiple 4D construction phasing and generated an accurate level of quantity take off. Along with this Pinnacle has integrated Primavera data in the BIM 3D mode which assisted workers to track even the smallest activity.

Project Area: 98.25 Acres

While working on this project, Pinnacle offered 3D model of architecture, along with fire protection and MEP trade. We not only have offered 3D designing service in structural trades but also worked to detect clashes and has provided clash-coordination service. We were also responsible for performing constructability review and design intent presentation from the model. We also worked on creating rendered images of important areas along with 4D construction sequence and topological grading. Along with 3D modeling service, Pinnacle offered walkthrough, 4D construction sequence for stellar BIM marketing presentation.
