Pinnacle provided 3D Modelling Service at TCS Siruseri

For almost two decades, Pinnacle is delivering BIM modeling service to national and international clients. Among more than 5500+ projects executing 3D modeling of TCS Siruseri was one of the toughest and most complex projects. A $200 million dollar venture in Chennai, India is spread over the area of 1.417 million sq. ft. Working on such a big project was challenging due to varied reasons. While working on this project, our in-house BIM engineering professionals efficiently deliver all required services to this larger than life project. 

Specialties of this project

TCS Siruseri is a project which is a perfect amalgamation of modern design and Indian traditional architecture. The aerial view of the entire structure resembles butterfly wings beautifully tangled with a central spine.

At Pinnacle, we always strive to deliver the best possible 3D modeling solution as per clients' exact requirements. We understand customization and need-specific service is the key to customer satisfaction. Pinnacle created a 3D model of architecture, structure, and MEP FP service at this project. We also coordinated among possible clashes of all the trades and generated clash reports. We also performed contractibility review and value engineering to save cost and time. We also created 3D rendered image of all key areas, 4D construction sequence and topological grading for a state of the art video walkthrough.
